The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Everything was very clean. Good price for its quality. Free parking. Excellent location between Cannes and Grasse, close to Mougins. We didn't try the pool!

Quite hot at night (august), no airconditioning or something similar (at least in our room)

The fact that their is no one at the reception at night makes it a little spooky.

Located half way between Cannes and Grasse, so good to explore the area. Good relation price/quality. Friendly staff. Free parking. Wi-Fi.

The toilet was extremely stinky, from the sewage. Breakfast a bit limited, but considering the price that you pay, you cannot expect excellence.
